ICAEW and the CIPD insist that members continually update their skills to ensure that they remain at the top of their careers. They also expect the individual to manage their own CPD based on their own needs and the needs of the organisation they are part of.

As a training provider Taylor Associates can assist in this process by offering a wide range of financial and non-financial courses which will be of interest and benefit to those in the financial services industry.
